Ambulance referral fees can range between $100 / $300
Wheelchair Van:
Base Rate $35.00 / $55.00 and $2.50 per mile.
15 Passenger Vans and SUV:
Base Rate $25.00 / $30.00 and $2.50 per mile.
Bariatric Units:
Base Rate $200.00 / $350.00 and $2.50 per mile.
Sedan Services:
Base Rate $20.00 / $25.00 and $2.50 per mile.

Insurance Coverage: While we do not directly bill insurance companies, we can provide you with detailed receipts and documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance company regarding their specific policies on medical transportation.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
